Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated drivers to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. Drivers are responsible for safely picking up and delivering packages in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong time management, safe driving habits, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up packages on assigned routes
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
- Scan and track packages using company-provided equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and businesses
- Follow all FedEx safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Sunday
- 5-day minimum work day required
- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours depending on route volume
