Job Overview
Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus for technicians with two or more years of experience. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heating & Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing systems in residential settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating & air conditioning units and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating & air conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians to design and implement effective HVAC solutions.
- Provide field service support to customers, addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Heating & Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in the HVAC field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands.
