Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Opportunities are available in both our school-based program at Advanced Sacred Hope Academy (Fort Walton Beach) and our clinic in Mary Esther, Florida.
We provide high-quality, play-based ABA services focused on communication, social development, and increasing independence for children with developmental needs.
Position Overview
RBTs work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Services focus on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional communication across clinic and school settings.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, child development, early childhood education, or a similar discipline preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a clinical team
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Alternative Entry Path (BT to RBT Track)
Candidates who are not yet RBT-certified but hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or are enrolled) may be considered for hire as a Behavior Technician (BT). In this role, individuals will receive training and supervision while completing RBT certification requirements, with the expectation of transitioning into the RBT position upon successful completion of the exam.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs as designed by the supervising clinician
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Maintain professional documentation and adhere to HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support skill generalization

Compensation is dependent on education, certification, and experience.
