Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Operator/Foreman to lead construction projects and operate heavy machinery with precision and safety. Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, to execute construction tasks effectively.
- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily equipment usage schedules, perform routine maintenance checks
- Oversee site activities such as grading, and material hauling to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment operation logs, safety inspections, and project progress reports.
- Enforce safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site procedures.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Trimble Site Works GPS
- Site Construction in Excavation, Grading, Drainage, Water, Sewer and Utilities.
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes.
- Valid 2A/1C
- Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings related to grading, paving.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
