You'll answer questions, recommend solutions based on customer needs, and help create a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. This is an entry-level position with training and ongoing mentorship. Previous telecommunications experience isn't necessary, we're looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
As an AT&T Retail Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador for AT&T products and services, helping customers find solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs.
AT&T Retail Associate Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service and support.

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.

- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including some evenings and weekends.
