Flavored Operations and Flavored Ops Brew Krewe is a growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) franchise organization that owns and operates 19 Sonic Drive-In locations and nine 7 Brew Coffee locations across Louisiana. Position: Technology Support Technician
Primary Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install technology systems across restaurant locations, including (not limited to):
- Digital Menu Boards
- Payment Devices
- CCTV/Security Camera Systems
- Drive-Thru Headset and Communication Systems
- Printers and Peripheral Devices
- Windows, iOS, and Android devices
- Network Infrastructure
- POS Servers, POS Terminals, KDS Systems
- Audio Systems
- Work directly with store operator and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate equipment replacements, including preparing and delivering devices to shipping carriers for warranty repairs and exchanges.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize operational disruptions.
- Accurately document all troubleshooting, repair activities, parts utilized, and resolutions while submitting work orders in a timely manner.
- Onboard and support store operators and store support team members with company email accounts and various software platforms used across both Sonic Drive-In and 7 Brew Coffee locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace low-voltage cabling, including CAT5e, CAT6, and 22/4 communication wiring
- Occasionally work after store closing hours to minimize business disruption
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Technology Experience, Degrees, or Certifications

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
