Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff.
- Create employee schedules and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Control labor, payroll, and operating costs.
- Support marketing initiatives and special events.
- Monitor budgets and help drive sales and profitability.
We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
