We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable HR Director / Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our facility while leading our Human Resources efforts. This unique role combines employee support with exceptional customer service, making every day different and rewarding.
What You'll DoHuman Resources
- Recruit, onboard, and welcome new team members.
- Assist with employee relations and HR paperwork.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate orientations, training, and employee recognition.
- Support managers with hiring and staffing needs.
Front Desk
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm smile.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist guests and ensure they have a positive first impression.
- Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
