As our Bar Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily bar operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the team to craft and refine drink menus.
