Job Summary

Duties
- Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water intrusion, flooding, fire damage, or mold growth.
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and structural drying using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Conduct thorough inspections of affected areas to determine scope of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and Xactimate software for accurate documentation and project estimation.
- Execute cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation following safety protocols.
- Assist with fire restoration efforts such as soot removal, smoke odor mitigation, and fire damage cleanup.
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-call coverage and emergency response while adhering to all safety procedures.
- Apply personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection gear, and follow strict safety protocols during all operations.
- Perform mold remediation and asbestos abatement when necessary, ensuring environmental safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients professionally to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed using industry-standard documentation tools like Xactimate.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or construction is highly preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with on-call coverage availability.
- Familiarity with cleaning processes such as carpet cleaning and debris removal.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Understanding of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, mold remediation procedures, and asbestos abatement when applicable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; certification in Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
