Job Overview
Join us at Cottone Kitchens Inc to help bring peoples spaces to life. In this role you will be responsible for creating renderings and layouts, designing, meeting with clients, ordering materials, and doing field measurements when needed.
Responsibilites:
- Engage with clients at the showroom to identify their needs and preferences with the project
-Developed detailed kitchen layouts using 2020/ Design flex to visualize the concepts
-Write detailed estimates and invoices for customers explaining their project and what it entails
-Collaborate with contractors and cabinet/stone vedors during the entire process to ensure seamless execution
-Maintain organization skills by tracking project progress, handling emails, calls, and multiple meetings with customers
-Answer phone calls and emails
-When needed, go to the job site and do accurate field measurements of the project
-Be timely to work everyday and meetings with clients
-Dress professionally to work
Skills
- Very strong proficiency 2020/ Design flex computer software designs to create accurate renderings of projects
- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and construction detail documentation for residential or commercial kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms etc
- Experience with high- end sales, kitchen layouts and design
- Strong communication skills when meeting with clients or speaking with contractors, deisgners or employees
- Excellent project management skills, with the abilty to multitask multiple projects at once
- Strong work ethic!!
- Background in the kitchen industry, design, construction, and understanding the entire process
- Proficient in excel, sheets, 2020, writting professional emails
- Ability to order materials correctly for kitchens, bathrooms etc
- Ability to price jobs accordingly
- Being timely, getting back to clients quickly, and eagerness to learn more and grow in this company
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
