We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Advanced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced massage techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to address specific client concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and adjust techniques based on individual physiology and pain management needs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment procedures, and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting client progress and treatment details in electronic health records.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by maintaining CPR certification and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various massage therapies and promote ongoing wellness practices tailored to their lifestyle.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support holistic patient care and occupational health initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed massage therapist with advanced training in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and Swedish massage.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to effectively assess patient conditions and develop targeted treatment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs, treatment options, and progress.
- Prior experience working in a medical spa or clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and patient assessment procedures is essential.

Pay: $24.00 - $45.00 per hour
