We are a rapidly growing Western apparel brand experiencing major expansion across retail, e-commerce, and distribution. Our Selma location needs a true leader, someone who brings order, strategy, and strength to the floor.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-department or high-volume strongly preferred)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Proven ability to lead teams with firmness, clarity, and professionalism
- Strong operational discipline with experience tightening processes, reducing waste, and improving store efficiency
- Master-level scheduling skills, build balanced schedules, move people around confidently, and maximize labor productivity
- Track record of improving store performance through structure, coaching, and accountability
- Comfortable with KPIs and performance reporting
- Able to roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with the team when needed
- Western retail experience is a major plus

This store already generates strong sales numbers; your job is to bring discipline, organization, and efficiency so we operate like a top-tier retail machine.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop a full retail staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure store standards are met every day
- Manage all scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity KPIs
- Produce weekly performance reports (sales, attendance, productivity, COGS, shrink, payroll efficiency, etc.) with support from our accountant and project manager
- Enforce SOPs and ensure full compliance across all departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer-focused environment
- Partner with marketing to maximize traffic and convert customers
- Collaborate with executives on strategy, problem-solving, and long-term store improvement
- Lead by example, jump in on the sales floor when needed
