Overview
ACRE Kitchen and Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere and culture in our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
- Accurately take and review all orders with the guest
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Perform quality check-backs with guests in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and refilling supplies as needed.
- Report any customer complaints to the supervisor on duty immediately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Must be fully available to work Saturdays and Sundays days and nights
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
