Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and support municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
Coordinate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
Manage project budgets, schedules, client communication, and overall project delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Provide strategic planning ideas for growing the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
5-20+ years of water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure experience.
Experience with treatment facilities, collection systems, pump stations, or utility infrastructure projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Pay Range: $105,000 -$200,000 Salary, DOE. Competitive benefit packages, profit sharing, annual and spot bonus along with ownership track, may be available.
