The auto parts sales position provides the parts department direct contact with wholesale and retail customers regarding parts requests and sales. Primary responsibilities are selling parts to wholesale accounts and to retail customers.
- Ensure all customers are handled as quickly as possible while providing personalized service to build relationships with customers
- Ensure that returns are made in accordance with dealership policies
- Process customer parts and accessory purchases
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers
- Answers phone calls, providing price quoes and other information
- Greet customers and inform them about the types of services offered
- Listen to customers and provide recommendations to meet their needs
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience preferred but not necessary
Auto Parts Sales Position Pay: Hourly+Commission.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
