Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to oversee and maintain a private community. The ideal candidate will have a combination of general construction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, and unclogging drains
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain equipment
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance
- Fabricate or repair structures as needed
- Conduct residential painting tasks as required
Requirements
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in maintenance roles preferred
- Knowledge of supervising maintenance projects is a plus
