What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective members by building value around health, fitness, and lifestyle change
- Guide guests through tours and consultations that inspire them to start their fitness journey
- Follow up with interested leads via phone calls and outreach to bring them into the club
- Generate your own leads through in‑club and community marketing efforts
- Educate guests on Personal Training, helping them see the benefits of professional coaching
- Match members with Personal Training programs to accelerate their results
- Maintain a clean, professional club environment that supports an exceptional member experience
