We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at our metal fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic machinery, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and technical issues in machinery and equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment concerns.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all tasks.
Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment as needed.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including repair and diagnostics.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Familiarity with welding, machining, and other fabrication shop processes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
