The Opportunity
This position is responsible for managing all day-to-day field operations on construction sites. We are looking for a proactive professional who communicates effectively, leads by example, and maintains the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism on every project.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct trade contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification

Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain a compliant, incident-free work environment

Read, interpret, and apply project plans and specifications in the field

Monitor and drive the project schedule to meet critical deadlines

Maintain consistent communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Valid driver's license
-
Must pass a complete background check and drug screen
