JK Concepts | Commercial Millwork & Wood Product Manufacturing
JK Concepts is seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in commercial millwork or wood product manufacturing to lead our production operations and drive performance to the next level.
This role requires more than operational oversight — we’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of our manufacturing facility. This individual will oversee production, safety, quality, scheduling, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant operations including production, scheduling, maintenance, safety, and quality
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across departments
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable to results
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve margins
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Implement and maintain best practices in commercial millwork/wood product manufacturing
- Partner with engineering, project management, and leadership to optimize workflow and capacity planning
- Champion workplace safety and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial millwork, casework, cabinetry, or wood product manufacturing
- Proven success managing plant operations in a production-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow in a millwork setting
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving operational performance

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
