American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with at least 1 year of experience and ARDMS certification for a 13-week travel assignment in an inpatient/outpatient echo lab serving a neonate-to-geriatric patient population.

Inpatient and outpatient echo lab setting serving a neonate through geriatric patient population

Daily caseload of approximately 10 studies

Uses Philips Epiq ultrasound machines and Merge PACS
-
Epic EMR experience is required
-
Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
-
Rotating weekend coverage every 4th weekend with some flexibility
-
On-call required on a rotating basis including days (7:30 AM – 7:00 AM) and some weekends
-
No floating within the facility or to sister facilities required

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer

Current ARDMS and ARDMS RDCS PE certifications required

Current BLS certification required

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

License required if applicable

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; proof of address required for consideration

Must be able to work with patients across the full age spectrum, from neonates through geriatrics

First-time travelers will be considered for this position

Pending state license is considered on a case-by-case basis

RTO is limited to 7 total days during the 13-week assignment; all time-off requests must be submitted upfront

Local candidates are not accepted — a 75-mile radius rule applies
