Amazing Glass Supply is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative – English/Chinese to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese. This position will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, enter orders accurately, prepare basic glass layouts for vendor fabrication, and communicate with our warehouse, office team, and vendors.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally
Communicate with customers in English and Chinese
Enter customer orders accurately
Prepare basic glass layouts and send them to vendors for fabrication
Review order details, sizes, hardware information, and fabrication requirements before submitting to vendors
Follow up with vendors regarding fabrication status, lead time, and order questions
Follow up on orders, invoices, and customer questions
Assist with quotes, order status, and general office tasks
Communicate with warehouse and office team regarding orders and inventory
Maintain customer records and order information
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Must be fluent in English
Must be able to communicate in Chinese
Good phone and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Order entry or office experience is a plus
Ability to read measurements and pay attention to details is a plus
Experience with glass, construction, or fabrication orders is a plus, but not required
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Able to work well with customers, vendors, and team members
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
