Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate at Kid to Kid Orem, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our shoppers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience and assist customers with their needs. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with our community in a friendly, on-site environment, contributing to our commitment to environmental stewardship and equality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Provide information on store promotions, services, and products to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Tag & Hang Clothing and stock to floor

Qualifications:
