Qualifications:
Five-ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions;
Trial / administrative hearings / arbitration experience a plus;
· Have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with good academic credentials;
· Be admitted by the California State Bar;
· Have strong analytical and excellent legal research and writing skills;
· Possess strong communication skills; and
· Have excellent time management abilities.
Preferred candidates will also have experience representing municipal clients in litigation matters.
