We’re hiring! Awesome Animal Hospital is seeking a competent, experienced veterinary assistant or technician. You need to have at least 1 year of veterinary technician experience, the ability to perform dental prophylaxis, and assist in surgery. We require excellence from all employees, and we can offer health care, PTO benefits, and uniform allowances. We will consider training the right person.
Key Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED minimum or completion of a certificate program ( from community colleges, tech schools, or online).
· 1 year of experience minimum as a veterinary assistant or technician/
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be friendly, outgoing, and “people-oriented.”
· Telephone and computer skills are necessary.
· Dependable attendance is required
· Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
