JOB TITLE: PICKLEBALL COACH
Seeking Pickleball Coaches to service our Pickleball community as we introduce the first location of Express Pickleball in Hooksett, NH. This is a brand new facility with 7 indoor courts, including a dedicated teaching court, a restaurant and lounge, and social space.
PICKLEBALL COACH PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The purpose of the Pickleball Instructor is to develop and deliver safe, structured, high-quality Pickleball training in a 1 on 1, semi-private, and small group setting to members of the club.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the following.
- Delivery of 1 on 1, semi-private and group pickleball lessons
- Assisting with court scheduling
- Assist with implementation and delivery of Pickleball programs
- Assist with organization and implementation of Pickleball tournaments
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Ability and Willingness to be physically active for hours at a time
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
EXPERIENCE:
· 1-3 years of Pickleball teaching experience preferred
· Playing experience and ranking will be considered
· Ability to utilize training/scheduling software and facility App

COMPENSATION:
Part-time/Commission
The company offers a highly competitive commission-based compensation package for the Pickleball professional position. Professional will start with a built-in customer base with unlimited potential for growth.
