Position Summary: Contractor will conduct individual, family and/or group psychotherapy with clients in the Contractors preferred age range that are referred by the Company or through Contractor’s own marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct all aspects of a diagnosing, providing follow-up psychotherapy, billing and collections of payments according to relevant licensing boards standards, Department of Human Services (DHS) standards and those of all payors, state and federal regulators, including HIPAA
2. Complete all billing and clinical documentation according to professional and Company standards to ensure compliance with payors and
3. Maintain necessary education/training to perform assigned services and to maintain active MN License to practice
4. Make clinical decisions in a manner that mitigate liability for Contractor and Company
5. Conduct self with professionalism and contribute to creating an engaged Company culture
6. Immediately communicate any issues encountered in the fulfilment of contract to Company
7. Provide Clinical Supervision to Company’s Therapists in a manner consistent with relevant licensing board, DHS, and Company’s requirements (if a Board approved supervisor)
Education and Experience:
- Minnesota Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Skilled in clear and concise verbal and written communication
