Operate snow and ice removal equipment, such as Ventrac SSVs and Bobcat L-28 wheel loaders, to clear walkways and driveways according to contract specifications and safety standards

Perform snow and ice removal tasks during all hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed during snow events

Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring that existing landscaping and property are not damaged during snow removal operations

Care for and maintain company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles

Respond promptly to snow events as an essential service provider, supporting the local community and businesses

Experience operating small or heavy equipment for snow removal (such as plows, snowblowers, and shovels)

Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions

Availability to work variable hours, including being on call 24/7 during snow events (with advance notice for scheduling needs)

Reliable transportation to the shop or first job site at any time of day or night

Valid driver's license

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to provide your own cold weather clothing, including winter boots, coat, hat, and gloves
