Apple Holler is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with professional baking experience who takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods in a busy bakery environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Maintain consistent product quality, appearance, and freshness
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Keep baking areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with daily bakery production and other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous professional baking experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move baking supplies as needed
