Palmer Concierge Physical Therapy is a private, out-of-network mobile practice providing one-on-one physical therapy and wellness services directly in clients’ homes, offices, gyms, and hotels throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and personable Manual Physical Therapist who values individualized care and wants to work outside the traditional clinic model.

- Confidence treating active adults and orthopedic conditions independently

About the Practice
Founded in 2019 by Dr. Jim Palmer, PT, DPT, CMP, COMT, Palmer Concierge PT was created to offer a better alternative to the high-volume outpatient model. Our mission is to provide expert, individualized care that helps clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free lifestyles.
Requirements
- Active New York Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Ability to travel throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Orthopedic/manual therapy experience preferred
