Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000 per year (based on experience, production volume, and performance)

Position Summary
We are seeking professional, customer-focused Auto Collision Estimators who can accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies, and help maximize repair opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Monitor repair progress and supplement estimates as needed
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up
- Meet or exceed production and sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous collision estimating experience preferred
- Knowledge of CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
