We are seeking a Woodshop Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting precision wood pieces for door frame assembly. You'll be responsible for utilizing specialized cutting machinery to trim wood pieces to exact specifications in terms of size, length, and configuration.
Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Pay: 18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities: Production Worker
- Operate specialized cutting machines to precisely trim wood pieces for door frame assembly.
- Maintain an organized inventory of production items, ensuring availability of raw materials for seamless production flow.
- Prepare assembly stock pieces by cutting and processing raw stock according to production requirements.
- Adhere to strict quality standards by following directions meticulously to ensure the highest product quality.
- Utilize a variety of equipment, including tape measures, woodworking machines, and cutting machines, with precision and accuracy.
Requirements: Production Worker
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic carpentry and hand tool skills are essential.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with light supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in accurately following written and verbal instructions to execute tasks effectively.
