A well-established oral surgery practice is seeking two friendly, detail-oriented Dental Assistants, one for the West Loop and one for Roscoe Village. Responsibilities include patient preparation, sterilization, dental impressions, and assisting with dentoalveolar and implant surgeries. Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
- Saturday: 8AM - 1PM
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Previous experience in oral surgery assisting, sterilization, and digital dental radiography preferred.
- Experience with oral surgery procedures, dental implants, and IV anesthesia is a plus.
- Assist with dentoalveolar and implant surgeries, including procedures involving general anesthesia and IV sedation.
- Provide patients with clear pre- and post-operative instructions.
- Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Monitor and order necessary office equipment and supplies.
- Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with patients and team members.

Pay: From $25.71 per hour
