Lead volume is down across nearly every home services category this year. Solar, roofing, windows, the story is the same everywhere. Cyprus Air's water treatment division is the exception. We've built a direct pipeline through Home Depot's lead program and a door-to-door canvassing operation covering five zones across the DMV, backed by roughly 1,500 warm Northern Virginia homeowners who have already requested a water test. Most of these homeowners have never had a water treatment conversation before. You will often be the first rep who has ever knocked on their door.
Why Water?
Lead flow. Your pipeline is built from Home Depot installs and a dedicated canvassing team working to make sure your calendar is consistently over-booked.
A market that has not been worked. Water treatment in Northern Virginia has not seen the saturation that has hit other home services. Homeowners are hearing this pitch for the first time, from you.
Compensation built for consistency. Representatives earn a competitive commission on every install, with a structure designed to deliver steady income rather than the boom-and-bust cycle common in commission sales.
Training and support. Every representative trains on a structured selling process built around modern negotiation and discovery frameworks, backed by a sales manager and a dedicated lead generation team.
Growth. This division is being built from the ground up right now. Representatives who perform will have a direct path into sales leadership as the team expands.
Responsibilities
- Run appointments generated through Home Depot and our in-house canvassing team
- Build a personal book of business through self-generated leads within your territory
- Meet with homeowners to assess their water quality concerns and recommend the right system
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and return on investment
- Manage your pipeline through our CRM, from first contact through signed install
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
- Maintain current knowledge of our product line, pricing, and the competitive landscape
