The Lash Depott is looking for an energetic, creative, and business-minded Retail & Marketing Associate to become an important part of our growing team. This is more than a retail position it's an opportunity to help build a beauty brand from the inside out.
We're searching for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging social media content, staying organized, and contributing fresh ideas that help grow our business. If you're passionate about beauty, social media, customer service, and entrepreneurship, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Welcome every customer with a warm, professional attitude.
Online Order Fulfillment
- Ensure orders are packaged professionally and ready for shipping or local pickup.
- Assist with shipping labels and order tracking.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Record videos, take product photos, and create lifestyle content.
- Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist with email marketing, text campaigns, and promotional announcements.
- Help grow our online community and increase sales through creative content.
Customer Communication
- Respond professionally to:
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Text messages
- Social media messages
- Answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a positive and professional manner.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Perform weekly inventory counts.
- Restock merchandise as inventory arrives.
- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing stock.
- Help identify low inventory and communicate restocking needs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail or cashier experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Basic understanding of social media marketing
- Comfortable creating videos and taking photos
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or POS systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Interest in entrepreneurship or small business operations
