Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, billing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems or in-person interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong background in night audit procedures within hotels or resorts, with knowledge of hotel management systems
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel security practices, CCTV monitoring, and guest safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as resorts or large hotels is a plus
