The Humidor Cocktail Lounge in Wichita, KS is looking for one guest service specialist/ security to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 8558 W 21st St Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

Check ID's when necessary to ensure compliance with age verification laws.
- Monitor guests behavior and prevent escalations.
- Safely remove disruptive or intoxicated guests.
- Work closely with staff and management to handle incidents quickly.
- Monitor number of guests in designated areas.
- Help staff and management ensure guests are receiving quality service.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and guests.
- May be asked to verify and close cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Qualifications

Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Experience in a bar or restaurant is required.
- Experience managing staff and large groups is a plus.
