Job Title: ForemanJob Description
We are seeking an experienced lead or foreman with expertise in the concrete or carpentry fields. The role involves working on large, new construction sites, focusing on multi-family apartment complexes and large commercial office buildings. The job sites are 100% unoccupied, new construction environments managed by a non-union, merit-based general contractor.
Responsibilities-
Lead and manage construction teams on large-scale projects.

Ensure all carpentry and concrete work is performed to high standards.

Manage and oversee the construction process, including footings, wall forming, and pouring.

Coordinate tasks across multiple job sites as needed.

Maintain safety standards by ensuring all team members wear personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills-
5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction, including footings, wall forming, and pouring.

5+ years of carpentry experience, focusing on framing or trim work.

Proficiency in using hand tools such as tape measures, hammers, linesmen pliers, and speed squares.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Experience with both trim and finish carpentry.

Ability to perform in a variety of weather conditions.

Work Environment
Work in a commercial construction setting with varying weather conditions. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional extended hours and some Saturday work. Personal protective equipment such as hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, and covered work boots are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
