As a Restoration Engineer, you will assess complex damage, determine what can be salvaged, and execute repairs with precision. Responsibilities:
- Assess property damaged by fire, water, or structural impacts such as vehicle and tree strikes
- Communicate with client representatives, contractors, and municipal agencies for project approvals and final sign off.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and clear records for all projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the building engineering or construction industry
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Auto-CAD and Bluebeam a plus

Compensation:
This is an exempt position and pays a competitive salary based on experience. Comprehensive benefit package includes: Paid Time Off, Health, Dental, Vision, FSA Accounts, Life and Disability and 401(k) plan with company match
Annual Salary Range: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00
Additional Fringe Benefits:
Work Boot Allowance: Up to $150.00 per year
