What You'll Do
As a Technician, you'll provide professional cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Services You'll Perform
- Air duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Water damage mitigation and restoration
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
- Inspect customer properties and recommend services based on their needs
- Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards
- Operate cleaning and restoration equipment properly
- Protect customer property by preparing work areas and moving furniture when necessary
- Assist team members and support lead technicians as needed
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, organized condition
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Represent the company professionally through appearance, communication, and workmanship
QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, or water restoration
- Sales experience or confidence recommending services that benefit customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn new skills and advance into leadership roles
