We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrator & Order Entry individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales and management teams by processing customer orders, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating with leasing partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track lease documentation through leasing vendors.
- Coordinate with leasing companies to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, lease agreements, and customer files.
- Resolve administrative issues related to orders, billing, and leasing documentation.
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding order status, missing information, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with management to ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
- Monitor pending transactions and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with customer account setup and administrative support functions.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service to sales, management, and vendor partners.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in leasing administration, order processing, office administration, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Full Time (In-person)
- Monday – Friday
- 8 am – 5 pm
