As the Assistant Manager, you'll be expected to lead, guide and direct a team to have fun while making our guest happy with great food, service and attitude. The Assistant Manager is a hands on leader that loves people and can make difference each and every day they work. The Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day fastcasual food restaurant operations and in managing the staff of our Moe's Southwest Grill. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs. Most importantly managing our fresh food and incredible customer service we provide each and every shift.
