Job Responsibility:
· VM Execution - Responsible for creating in-store marketing (ISM) guides with the objective achieving consistent standards and execution across all stores.
· These guides are used to set up both marketing campaign graphics (ISM) and in Plan-o-grams (POGs) that direct shifts in product placement for all existing store types.
· Update brand flow and store facings for all brands in each store design and segmentation.
· Availability to attend and observe weekly creative status call for familiarization with store formats. Required Software Skills
· Professional level skill with InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)
· PowerPoint - Excel - Photoshop Experience
· Must have experience making executional VM tools or instructional guides
· Experience in translating a list of products into a plan-o-gram (space management)
