Billing & Shipping with Medrock Pharmacy – Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview:
MedRock is a full-service & mail-order pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products.
The Billing, Shipping and Customer Service Representative provides a high-quality of customer service to patients while processing payments and shipments for prescriptions.
Job Duties:
- Processing of requested prescriptions in a timely manner.
- Processing shipments.
- Answering the phone and calling out to patients.
- Maintaining inventory logs.
- Enter detailed notes into computer system.
- Follow HIPAA rules.
- Help with paperwork filing and organization.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety and cleanliness.
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Computer proficiency

- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time, Benefits (Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance , 401K)
Compensation: Hourly; $16 per hour
An opportunity to become a pharmacy technician is available for motivated candidates.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
