We are looking for a motivated and dependable Manager in Training to join our growing smoke shop + kava bar team. This position is ideal for someone interested in retail leadership, customer service, merchandising, and store operations.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for advancement into store management. We are looking for someone with a positive, energetic attitude who enjoys working with people and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Learn daily store operations and management duties
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store organization
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Help maintain cleanliness and store standards
- Support team leadership and daily operations
- Learn compliance procedures and company policies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with upper management and store managers
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Full-time availability is required
- Open availability preferred
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Retail, smoke shop, vape, kava bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for full shifts
- Reliable transportation preferred
