As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of the buying process, from the first handshake to the day they drive off the lot.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and learning what they're looking for.
- Helping customers compare vehicles and answer their questions.
- Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives.
- Explaining pricing, financing options, and available protection products.
- Working with management to locate the right vehicle when it's not currently in stock.
- Following up with customers before and after the sale.
- Building relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Keeping customer information up to date in our CRM.
- Staying current on vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
