Coffee Equipment Technician / Warehouse Support Overview
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a passion for great coffee and excellent customer service. This role focuses primarily on maintaining and repairing coffee equipment at customer locations and in our warehouse, while also supporting daily warehouse operations. You will play a key part in keeping our equipment running smoothly, ensuring customers receive reliable service, and helping our team stay organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on coffee brewers, grinders, and related equipment at customer accounts and in the warehouse.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle service issues professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels .
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading incoming products, organizing inventory, and putting away loads.
- Learn and support vacation route coverage, including basic route operations and customer interaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safety and compliance .
- Operate mobile invoicing software when needed .
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and food-handling guidelines .
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment repair (coffee equipment experience is a plus but not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work habits .
- Ability to work independently at customer locations and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment .
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, motivated attitude .
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing products in the warehouse.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in route operations or service-based roles.
- Inventory control knowledge to help maintain accurate stock levels .
- Basic understanding of food handling practices .

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
