Job Summary
Ensures the integrity of accounts receivable information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Interact with customers wishing to place consumable or service orders.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and balances customer accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Interacts with Best Medical headquarters to align accounting systems and provide an accurate report of accounts receivable.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
