Due to continued growth and national expansion, we are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the Oklahoma City territory.
Previous in-home sales experience is preferred for this position.

Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Team Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants while driving sales growth within your assigned territory.
Successful candidates will be goal-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded leaders who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Our managers utilize Bulldog’s proven sales training systems to build and motivate their teams while consistently delivering strong results.
Sales Managers are expected to lead by example and set the standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor outside sales representatives
- Lead daily team sales activity and drive performance
- Conduct field ride-alongs and coaching sessions
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain accountability
- Support team members in closing in-home sales opportunities
- Foster a culture of motivation, professionalism, and success
Compensation & Benefits
Average Earnings: $135,000–$150,000+ per year
(Weekly Base Salary + Commissions + Overrides + Bonuses – No Income Caps)

Requirements
- Previous in-home sales experience-preferred
- 2–3 years security alarm sales experience
- 2–3 years in-home sales experience
- Outside sales experience
- 2–3 years leadership or management experience
- Solid, verifiable work history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday–Friday | 1 PM – 9 PM with some flexibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
